职位描述：
职位描述;
1、 楼宇资源开发,与楼盘所属物业公司洽谈电梯轿厢广告场地租用协议；
2、 部门原有项目资源的维护、跟进；
3、 及时完成部门内各项任务；
4、 遵守公司及部门各项操作流程及规章制度；
5、 与其他部门相关的各项问题，及时沟通答复，积极处理解决；
6、 及时上报资源信息及项目跟进情况，定期进行数据报送；
7、 与直属上司保持良好沟通，服从公司及部门下达的各项任务目标，积极配合其他人员工作，注重团队合作精神。
任职要求:
1、 具有良好的业务能力和谈判技巧；
2、 工作热情、诚实守信、责任心强；
3、 有一定的业务类工作经验；
4、 有一定相关资源者优先考虑；
