Your responsibilities:
Preparing PRC accounting books and reports in accordance with PRC regulations, and ensuring compliance with PRC laws
Preparing PRC tax filings and providing internal tax customs advisory
Reporting accounting books to company headquarter, in accordance with HGB (German GAAP) standard
Monitoring and forecasting project income and invoicing schedules
Planning company liquidity
Coordinating closely with German headquarter on financial matters
Managing daily finance operations and ensuring financial data accuracy
Implementing and further improving local financial management structures and processes
Your profile:
University degree in accounting or finance
Fluency in Chinese and English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Minimum of 3 years accounting experience in a multinational company in China or abroad
Previous work experience in Europe is a plus
Expert in Chinese GAAP and good knowledge in German GAAP, IFRS knowledge highly preferred
Proficiency in SAP
High motivation to build up financial structures and to ensure financial data accuracy
