职位描述：

A/ PRODUCT TEST

-To assure the tests regarding the steels, drills produced at TYT and other products traded or conceived internally

产品初期对TYT的刀具及钻头进行测试，包括已售出的产品或者内部的构想

对于新产品测试。

-Based on this practical experience, can propose product improvement ideas

根据实践的经验对生产方面的改进提出建议

B/ TYT drills SPECIFICATIONS

-To manage the TYT specifications (for produced tools)

管理TYT技术（生产工具）

-To validate the acceptability of the non compliant products

确定不良品的可接受性

C/ TYT METHODS

-To assure the communication between the group and the local production concerning the methods and indicators to put in place

确保集团与中国公司的沟通及项目的落实

-To assure the follow up of the improvement plan defined by the group (Th.Capella)

根据集团的指示就改进计划进行跟踪（TH,Capella）

-To validate the cadence（speed of machines）

工艺流程的确定和改进。（比如确定机器运转速率，机器改进方法。。。）

新的工艺的可行性分析（包括实际操作层面，费用层面。。。）

生产流程优化，库存管理优化。

-To validate and to qualify the consumable and suppliers used for production

确定生产用的消耗品及供应商

-To calculate the ROI and to participate to put in place the production of the new projects (new products, new process…)

计算及落实新项目的产品测试，计算ROI（新项目，新流程）

-To do the technical audits to qualify the suppliers process (to be coordinated with Quality and purchase (Virginie))

对供应商的工作流程进行技术上的审核（需要质保部及Virginie配合）

-To be informed of the general quality situation

了解整体质量情况

B/ INDICATORS & PROJECTS

-To assure or to participate to the implementation of the indicators required by the group or the local direction.

确保以及参与集团或者中国公司的指示需求

-To help to the communication in the international projects (Exemple : NPD, M3…)

就国际的项目进行沟通上的帮助（NPD,M3）

Requirement : 职位要求

University Degree, major in Mechanical or equivalent

机械工程学专业或相关专业

Experience in Tool development, validation, Process optimization and troubleshooting.

工具开发, 确认生产流程最优化, 发现问题并及时解决

Skilled PC skills 电脑熟练，工作严谨。

Fluent French/English, with experience in international group

法语或英语熟练，有外企工作经验或国外留学经历。
