职位描述：
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Coordinating the execution of work plans for all aspects of quality management plans - from the logging of assessment requisitions in Metric Stream to working with 3rd parties to understand status of all quality management plans by means of a milestone tracking process;
? As a Metric Stream administrator, this incumbent is responsible for following functional activities in order to maintain the MS system, implement enhancement plan to improve PRO PQC team productivity;
o Metric Stream user setup
o Manual Acceptance criteria, product and line review load
o Manual Data updates - Product Hierarchy/ Service Provider Pricing Lists
o Ad-hoc trouble shooting

? Deliver education and training to Metric Stream users and act as change agent embrace process improvement and innovations.
? Support for resolution of QA-related issues
? Collaborate closely with a broad range of key internal stakeholder departments and enablers (CBM/CIS/Import Team/Pac-Rim Office/Risk Management/ Vendors/etc.)
? Administration of Metric Stream system for PRO PQC operation.
? Participate on multi-functional project teams where required
? Qualifications:
? Minimum three years related business experience
? Strong problem solving skills, attentive to details, and able to multi-task
? Strong organizational and analytical skills
? Tremendous initiative and interpersonal skills, self-starter, and creative
? Process development and process management skills
? Exceptional communication skills
? Exposure to / participation in quality assurance activities
? Product technical experience would be an asset
? Retail experience preferred
