职位描述：
Most important duties最重要的职责:
 1. 提高生产安全
Improve safety in production.
 2. 提高生产效率
Improve the production efficiency
3. 组装，支持产品开发部门制作产品操作规程
Assembling , Support Product Development Department for SOP
4. 向生产部门的其他员工提供培训
Provide training to other workers in the production department.
5. 完成所有生产过程的计划、指导和协调
Complete end to end planning, direction and co-ordination of all the manufacturing processes.
Duties and Key Responsibilities of the role岗位职责
1. 与运营经理一起评估生产过程，寻找有资质的供应商，根据产品特性提供需求或确保供应商提供的服务符合产品的生产和品质流程需要。
According to the specific of products, assist operation manger to design and check manufacturing processes and look for suitable supplier, and follow the design process of supplier to make sure the project design match with the product requirements
2．帮助生产实现容易组装和提高效率
Development production process and help the operation to easy assembly and high efficiency.
3. 完成产品的组装并根据开发部门提供的制造工艺，设计、修改和测试方法，验证所组装产品的可靠性。
Assembling, validate the stability, reliability and accuracy of the product under the standard technology and process testing methods from RD department.
4.规划工作流程、空间要求和设备布局，提高生产效率
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
5. 通过开发部提供的测试方法，保证产品和工艺质量；测试成品和过程能力；建立生产标准；确认生产过程
Assures product and process quality by studying the testing methods from RD department, establish standards; confirming manufacturing processes
6. 通过计算生产、劳动力和材料成本，审查生产计划，协助运营经理估计未来的需求。
Assist operation to do decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
7. 通过收集、分析和总结准备生产报告
Prepares production reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
8. 维护公司的声誉，遵守规定Maintains company’s reputation by complying with policy .
9. 通过协调维修和维修服务，保持设备的运作；建立相关的标准流程。
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures,
10培训和指导相关人员来完成作业，并跟踪作业流程，确保产品符合品质要求。
Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
11. 通过参加教育培训，维护专业和技术知识并能训练相关新人。
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
12. 通过达到相关的成果，对团队努力做出贡献
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Others 其他
1. 研究工具、方法和流程，找出解决方法，提高生产效率，向组织汇报
Research about tools, methodologies and processes to find out solutions to improve production efficiency and report the findings to the organization.
2. 分析生产方法、生产流程，并对生产过程中的变更提出建议
Analyze the manufacturing methods, production processes and give suggestions of changes in production.
3. 对生产质量控制过程的评价和建议
Evaluate and suggest recommendations on the manufacturing quality control processes.
4. 列出应遵循的程序，工装夹具和建议，并跟踪改进
List processes point what to be followed, provide suggestion on how to improve tools and fixtures
5.短期出差
Adapt to short-term business travel as request
Requirements岗位要求：
1.专科及以上学历，机械等相关专业
College，Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical electronical engineering
2. 5年及以上相关工作经验，机械电子半导体行业
5+ years working experience in Mechanical and electric industry;
3. 良好的英语写作、阅读和口语能力
