职位描述：
Operation Mgr to Manage a diverse group of Team Members engaged in effectively operating and maintaining a manufacturing facility. It is responsible for overseeing initiatives related to overall bakery product Quality, Safety, Purchase, Logistics , Customer service, Production, Equipment Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement.
? Manages the activities of the regional plant, including the directing, advising, and management of direct and indirect subordinates to ensure strong Team Member performance and overall plant performance.
? Provides leadership for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment whilst providing a safe, clean work environment.
? Plans and directs the work of subordinates, including the appointment of work among Team Members, and provides training as necessary.
? Provides direction on inventories, plant projects, and raw material, labor, and overhead costs.
? Establishes performance expectations, monitors against expectations, and provides necessary feedback to team members to enhance their growth in position and promotional opportunities.
? Coordinates plant profit forecasting and operating statements involving production estimates, raw material cost, labor cost, supplies, machinery maintenance and repair, etc. to keep plant operating at a profitable margin and losses at a minimum.
? Participates in the hiring, promotion, discipline, and/or discharge decisions of Team Members within his/her scope of responsibility.
? Addresses Team Member complaints and participates in investigations, as appropriate, with the assistance of Human Resources, completing required documentation, and providing a timely resolution.
? Performs other related duties as assigned and requested from company. 举报 分享
