职位描述：
Job responsibilities：

1、 Take over all management of China logistics department. Supervise the team to perform daily operations including shipment arrangement import export declaration
负责公司物流部门的整体管理。指导团队的日常营运包括：发货安排，进口出口报关等。
2、Actively communicate with the business department and customers, closely follow and manage
 与公司业务部门及客户积极沟通，紧密跟踪及管理
3、Continue to lead Freight cost control and optimization.
持续控制及寻求货运成本的降低及最优化
4、Responsible for the over all management of the Shanghai warehouse. Ensure the product is in good condition to meet the company's business needs.
负责公司上海仓库的整体管理。确保产品处于良好状态，满足公司业务需求。
5、Constantly review, revise and release logistics standards to ensure effective operation.
不断检查，修订及发布物流标准，确保营运的有效执行

Job requirements：

1、Above five years in international trade /logistics/supply chain/import &export
2、 Be familiar with overseas suppliers customs freight forwarders , shipping companies and other government regulations law &whole operation process etc.
3、Be familiar with management of export manual include shipping documentations and customs clearance requirments and custom bonded procedures and related customs other process between oversea supplier and china .
4、Be familiar with international trade freight &cost ,well manage and control import &export cost .
5、Be able to work under great pressure , excellent communication negotiation organization solving problems skill and leading team appetency with overseas customers/internal department and keep good relationship with customs/CIQ forwarder /government etc.
6、Team work spirit and fluent in oral and written English
