职位描述：

Detail job responsibilities:

A.Costing:

1.Costing running: When the BOMs or structures changed, costing of sample/FG/Semi-FG should be run again based on requirement. Standard costing will be run monthly at the first day of each month.

2.Value Estimate: Estimate the metal and none metal value in SAP for Scrap / Export/ Import goods before related department need to process.

3.Production settlement/WIP calculation: Run KKAO/KKS1/CO88 T-code in SAP for production order.

4.Oversea testing Report: Calculate the oversea testing metal value and reconcile the metal value in COA, posting in SAP.

5.Inventory slow moving report: Based on material aging report from SC, calculate the inventory slow moving provision based on group policy and post provision entry in SAP.

6.COGS report: Issue monthly COGS report after monthly closing for reporting.

7.Stock take: Involve stock take, mainly involves FG/RM and special case (SGMW). Metal is monthly stock take, others quarterly.

8.During monthly closing, provide in-depth analysis on variance of key cost accounts, and solve

9.Monthly PPV analysis, etc. and standard costing analysis

10.Lead the costing method implementation and control of Extrusion line.

11.Involve other costing related project, controlling, including but not limited to material cost saving, standard costing method mitigation, etc.

B.Others:

12. Audit support: provide required data and information during annual statutory audit and other audit.

13. Involve in costing related or other finance projects, to contribute from costing/accounting side

14. Ad-hoc assigned by line manager

Technical skills:

1.5 years + working expense with costing and related role

2.SAP experience is strongly preferred

3.Good Excel and PPT capability

4.Basic Oral/written English for communication with oversea counterpart

Soft skills:

1.Keep good communication with variance team within company

2.Result oriented

3.Positive attitude towards work / ownership of responsibilities of the role

4.Problem solving capability
