The Position

The Title: QA Officer, China, Animal Nutrition & Health
Reporting line: QA Manager – Animal Nutrition & Health – China
Location: Fengxian, Shanghai

The Challenge

? Responsible for internal compliance audits in all premix plants and compliance auditing to DSM piglet business partner, record all the documents in the trackwise system.
? Responsible for global supplier audit and record all the documents in the trackwise system.
? Responsible for handling of quality customer complaints for DSM business partner, for example Vevo Vitall, Niacinamide and piglet product
? Collect KPI from each premix plants and prepare global KPI file
? Assist for revision of quality documents, compliance with Global directive and local regulation
? As backup for establishing and modifying specification of all blends and their raw materials in all premix plants.
? As backup for effective running of central DCC in all premix plants, and maintenance of ANH public desk in all premix plants.
? As backup for enzyme testing for mixed feed additive products.
? As backup for rolling out opened issues from trackwise system regularly
? Act as backup of daily operation of SAP PP-PI formulation module for local plant, and act as user of daily operation of SAP QM module for local premix products.
? Assist for renewal of licenses & permits, responsible for premix product approval application, product tax free registration, and enterprise standard registration and support any other requirements from authorities related to ANH premix products.
? Implement an annual QA plan for ANH premix, and act as routine quality inspection for local ANH premix plant.
? Responsible for safety of QC lab, include personal safety, health, environment and safety machine running normally.
? Obey company SHE, OH and ER procedures strictly. Report incidents/accident/near misses timely. Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment to ensure compliance with safety requirements within the Quality Assurance part.
? Capability to deal with a large quantity of biological samples;
? Willingness to collect biological samples in the animal house and to get in contact with farm animals (swine and poultry);
? Flexibility to adapt work schedule to the needs of the work required, microbiological analyses are strenuous and time-consuming;
? Rigorous in housekeeping and keeping up hygienic standards to avoid contamination and to maintain a hygienic environment;
? Need to follow strict methodologies and safety & security requirements, internal and external standards for work in microbiological labs as well as quality requirements and standards;
? Ability to work in a team


The Ideal

? Bachelors in microbiology / biology with relevant experiences;
? Extensive knowledge of microbiological identification, cultivation and analysis techniques;
? Basic know-how in molecular biology;
? Knowledge in informatics (Excel and Word);
? Good written and oral communication skills in English are preferred;
? Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a team member;
? Strictness in executing work in accordance to procedures and standards.
? Working experiences in microbiological labs of educational universities or equivalent research institutions are preferred.
? Hands-on experience with different microbiological and molecular biological methods and associated equipment (autoclave, biosafety cabinets, shaker, incubator, gel imaging system, electrophoresis equipment, PCR, etc.). 举报 分享
