职位描述：
与内部装配，只见，物流各部门以及供应商（包括包装公司，货代）有效沟通，根据订单需求及客户要求完成出货计划
与客户有效果沟通，以确保顺畅的运输流程，并找到高级经济的运输翻案，以满足客户需求；
准备运输单据及出口报关文件，跟踪所有出口文件的按时发放并满足客户需求，根据内部文件政策进行文档管理；
为出口机器申请原产地证明；
为客户沟通及时更新出货计划，并将相应的数据输入订单管理系统和EKS系统；
跟进装配完成情况，对订单管理系统进行日常维护；
每月机器发货后在OM系统和SAP系统关单，创建并整理当月所有整机发票，将当月发票信息转给财务部门，并与金田对账及催款，更新收款信息； 举报 分享
