职位描述：
General mission：
Report to the Merchandiser Manager. Work in direct contact with the France development team. Follow closely each step of a development from the C0 to the SMS.
Mainly Job:
Technical File :
     a. Study & Analyze the Technical File sent by CWF France. Request clarification or missing elements to CWF France to ensure that complete file is send to supplier.
     b. Assist the France development team during their visit in Shanghai.
Approval on fabric, print & trim, C0, C1 & SMS :
     a. Fabric : support the development team to find the fabric that it is looking for. Check the lab dip and quality before to send them in France for final approval.
     b. Trim & Print : assure that the conformity and quality are comply with their requirement.
     c. C0 & C1 : check the quality and conformity before sending.
     d. SMS : assure that the supplier take in consideration all comments or modifications asked by the brand before to do them.
Planning & follow up :
    a. Take in consideration the seasonal program deadline C0, C1 and SMS send by CWF France.
    b. Maintain and Keep updated all CWF follow up table.
    c. Constant interaction with the suppliers to provide all needed information to assure all schedule on time.
Development & price :
    a. Participate to the sourcing by meeting new suppliers and attending textile industry fair.
    b. Send technical file to 2 or 3 suppliers in order to obtain the first quote.
    c. Decide with the approval from the development manager to which supplier the technical file should be affected for collection.
    d. Conduct first price negotiation.
    e. Ensure that the factory as well as approve before to put some development or order.
Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge on process of foreign trade on both import & export.
2. Knowledge on monitoring production to ensure quality and delivery.
3. Competence and experience on computer as well as Microsoft office and internet.
4. Knowledge on garment technologies knitted, sweaters and woven.
5. English level 6
