职位描述：
Job Description and Responsibilities:
? To complete the work assigned by purchase manager
? Contract Management: Scan the contract, and send the contract to the supplier
? Manage the supplier payment tracking sheet after sourcing
? To support buyer on supplier payment:
o Prepare the payment request, and work with MTSS accounting to close the advanced payment and the payment status from the supplier
o Follow up the final acceptance sheet
o Review the payment tracking sheet with the supplier and accounting regarding the payment
? On board the new suppliers: Fill the new supplier data master sheet based on the supplier information shared by the buyer.
? Support to manage the repeat purchase checklist monthly report
? Support to manage the Capex Score Card monthly report

Position Requirements:
? College diploma or above
? Good computer skills and office software
? Good working level English
? Good Communication Skill
? Detail oriented work style and team player
? Willingness to do over time and to support other processes at need 举报 分享
