工作职责：
Reports to:
? Senior technical designer in the Creative Lab
Other Stakeholders:
? Creative Floor teams in PO
? H&M Brands
? Creative floor team at Head Office
? GPO – Concept, GDRs, PRs
? Supply Chain Teams – Trend Developer, PD, R&D, PM, SCM, Material Teams, GSCM
Accountability
? Work proactively to develop new components based on trend that will be suitable for all departments and price levels.
? Work closely with your team to ensure all component areas are covered
? Keep timeline to ensure developments are ready on time

Main Responsibilities
? Familiarize yourself with the brands and departments and their customer to ensure all levels are covered. Understand their cost levels, stuk and standards (eg kids safety restrictions)
? Work with software programs (see supplementary pages) to simulation designs & artworks
? Work closely with Senior Technical designer and support in drafting and realize designs into technical drafts and simulations
? Work to develop cost-conscious ways for all depts. brands to achieve trending components
? Build effective communication with R&D to ensure developments are delivered correctly and on time.
? Work with support from the Senior Technical designer and R&D to push suppliers for newness – use technical knowledge to suggest new ideas and techniques.
? Proactively source new technology (machinery, processes) that could be applicable.
? Work with support from the Senior Technical designer on missions to provide tailored technical design support for specific design requests.
? Study production processes and learn how to support. Be able to suggest alternative solutions, cost conscious options and provide instructions for suppliers to help teams achieve the right result
? Work with rest of the creative lab team to build and maintain a reference library for structures and techniques
? Support the creative lab education and training programs


任职资格：
Report to Senior Technical Designer of the Creative Lab.
Textile design or fashion Woven design background are preferred.
Excellent taste level and an eye for quality.
Excellent understanding of Woven structures and fabric.
Good understanding of Woven garment production.
Develop simulation artwork by software according to trend report or missions.
Create copyright designs based on trends for new structures and patterns, suitable for the range of brands and departments within H&M
Excellent computer skill is necessary
          - Shima to simulate Woven structures (training offered)
          - Adobe illustrator Photoshop for artwork creation
Understanding of new technology & continual investigation of what’s coming next.
Confident speaking about Weave and offering technical advice and support
Able to multi task and manage timeline
Good English oral is required.
