? 通过电话沟通及登门拜访等方式有策略的开发新客户，同时促成现有客户的业务增长。
? 以高专业度维护现有客户关系，及时录入并更新资料，保证服务的提供与公司内部资料的准确与完整。
? 跟进销售信息，通过分析制定并提出业务可行性方案，根据客户需求提供适宜报价。
? 可自行充分准备销售相关会议内容并现场主导会议讲解，促成合作。
? 有团队合作意识，配合同部门其他人员完成日常运行工作。
? 高效完成上司交代的业务开展工作，并具有解决临时突发性问题的能力。
? 具有团队合作意识，同跨业务跨部门合作的操作及客户服务的同事保持紧密的合作关系以确保达成客户的需求。
? 通过与商会，产业专项组织的沟通高效合理的收集信息并拓展销售业务。可 并积极同海外代理配合，解决现有客户在服务中所遇到的问题。
? 完成公司所安排的其余工作 。
Job description:
? Work strategically with BD team to expand current prospect database within specific business sectors to generate effective leads for the company.
? Contacting prospects via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings with high level decision makers for BD team.
? Maintain and update database information based on calls made, and correct/replace invaild data.
? Prepare meeting materials, support on-site demonstration and presentation to prospects, and conduct them with the intention of making a sale at the end.
? Support the BD team to carry out the daily operations and implement business practice.
? Support the BD team leader in maintaining ongoing relationships with prospective clients.
? Communicate effectively with BD team / department managers, providing support to achieve company targets.
? Attend various networking events hosted by Chambers of Commerce, industry-specific organisations or government/investment zones to identify opportunities and build relationships with prospects.
? On-site and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

? 工作适应性强，可积极有效实现业绩指标
? 性格外向积极，有随机应变的事物处理能力
? 通过英语CET6级，有商务英语成绩可优先考虑
? 拥有过往开发客户资源者优先考虑
Job Requirement:
? The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate.
? Preferable one or two years’ sales and/or business development experience.
? Abilitiy to work effectively under pressure and meet project KPI.
? Need to be comfortable presenting to clients and have excellenet communication skills both in Mandrain Chinese and English.
