职位描述：
Responsibility:
(1) Manage and responsible for significant sales quota and major accounts

(2) In charge of customer orders, revenue, sell-out and sell-through

(3) Conduct new products training and demonstrate sales skills

(4) Primary focus of the role on the sell through phase of the sales process

(5) Requires consistent customer focus and contact

(6) Quantitative measures of success are defined and available

(7)Provide sales report to the Territory managers on sales analysis, field calls, demonstrations, sales actions, etc

(8) Frequent travel and visit on southern region retail stores to ensure all merchandising is properly demonstrated

(9) Monitoring on retail stores purchase, store inventory, promotion plan, run rate and provide proactive solution on uplifting the sale performance and all slow moving products to the company

(10) Work with internally smoothly on all channel marketing campaign special for best display for Monster products in retailed store and requirements for Monster display;

 
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree required and/or equivalent work experience
               本科及以上学历及具有相关经验者；电子产品行业相关从业经历优先
? Minimum 4 years relevant working experience; multinational company's working experience is preferred
               至少4年及以上相关工作经验，具相关外资企业工作经验者优先；
? Good communication skills and adaptable to different working environment

Monster Cable Products, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Noel Lee, who was then a laser-fusion design engineer at Lawrence-Livermore Laboratory, as well as an audiophile and professional drummer.
