Roles & Responsibility 职责描述:
QUALITY SYSTEM ESTABLISHMENT and Maintain 质量体系的建立和维护
1 Maintain company quality system, Set up internal audit schedule and ensure effective implementation
维护质量体系的运行,建立内审计划并确保有效实施"
2 Through continuous improvement in systems and organizations, sustained reduction on quality costs so as to gurantee customer satisfaction
通过持续完善组织和质量体系，以及在质量成本上面的持续降低，以保证客户满意"

SUPPLIER Quality Management 供应商质量管理
1 Supplier selection: Establish supplier assessment criteria in terms of quality system management and participate supplier system audit per ISO 9001：2015 and qualification process to make sure supplier having appropriate quality management system.
供应商选择：依照质量体系管理建立供应商评估标准，按照ISO标准参与供应商体系稽核，审核供应商制程以确保供应商有适当的质量管理体系"
2 Responsible for following quality issue in pilot stage
样品开发阶段质量问题的跟踪
3 routine management: Issue 8D report to suppliers when quality issue happen and follow up suppliers’ corrective actions，implement continuous improvement program with suppliers.
日常管理：当质量异常发生时，给供应商发出8D报告并追踪供应商的改善对策，与供应商合作实施持续改善项目"
4 On-site management:Monitoring and update supplier improvement plans, issued from audits and process problems.
驻厂管理：监督并更新供应商过程不良的改善方案"
5 FQC：Implement process inspection and final inspection and submit inspection report,accroding to quality inspection struction
终验：根据检验作业规范，执行所负责产品的过程检验及最终检验，并提交检验报告；"
6 Implement supplier annual audit
实施供应商年度稽核"
7 Conduct supplier training
主导供应商培训（供应商交流会）

QUALITY ASSURANCE 质量保证
1 Set up quality specification and QC procedure for each product
为每个产品制定产品规格书和质量检验程序"
2 Define and improve general quality standard, collect international standard and industrial standard
制定并完善通用质量标准，收集国际和行业质量标准
3 Work on customer quality issues and work with internal teams and the suppliers on solutions
处理客诉，并与我司相关部门，供应商 共同商讨解决方案"
4 Participate in major quality risk and problem dealing
参与重大质量风险和事故的处理"
5 Regularly organize quality meeting to promote improving

DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT 部门管理
1 To define quality department staff KIP and R&R
定义质量部门员工KPI和岗位职责"
2 Planning,manage,promote the professional competence,business competence,management competence of overall quality tea，include training, growth plan
规划，管理，提升制造质量团队的专业能力，业务能力与管理能力,包括员工培训和成长计划"
3 Department staff management,orgnization management,staff allocation and assessment
质量部人员管理，组织管理，及人员考核调配等工作"
4 formulate and arrange department annual working plan
部门年度工作计划的制定和安排"
5 Planning,organize all kinds of quality activities,such as supplier audit and qualification，internal staff training,QCC, proposal improvement,5S activity etc.
策划、组织各类质量管理活动，如供应商的审核和认证、内部人员的质量培训、品管圈（QCC）、提案改善、5S活动等；"
6 Monitor department KPI
持续监控部门质量目标的进展"

TEAM SUPPORT 团队支持
1 Work closely with cross functional teams to eliminate roadblocks & communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements.
2 Support engineers in providing resources to identify product defect and solve problem.

Potential responsibility潜在职能
1 Quarterly Business Review: Measure supplier quality performance quarterly and Conduct Quarterly Business Review
季度营运会议:每个季度考核一次供应商质量表现，并邀请供应商参加季度营业会议"
2 APQP :Advanced Product Quality Planning) for all Supplied products,train the suppliers and makes sure that the defined standards are properly applied and on time submited
前期产品质量控制计划：对零件开发编制APQP计划，并培训供应商，确保定义的标准得到准确应用和及时提交"
3 PPAP: Work with suppliers to get appropriate quality documents for new products, such as PPAP, Control Plan, Process Flow, Operator Instruction Sheet, FAI etc.
生产件批准程序：与供应商合作取得适当的新产品的质量文件。例如;PPAP文件，质量控制计划，过程流程图，作业指导书，全尺寸测量报告等"
4 Promote TQM （include 6 sigma,5S,4M,QC team,staff trainning,ISO 9001 etc.)
推进全面质量管理(包括六西格玛，5S，4M，QC小组，人员培训，ISO质量体系执行）"
5 Quality cost control
质量成本控制

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 任职资格要求:
1 Bachelor degree or above
2 10~15 years in Quality management
3 Working for cosmetics industry is a plus
4 Solid experience and good understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., APQP,PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA etc).
5 Familiar with ISO9000 and TS 16949.
6 Fluent in English
