职位描述：

Job Responsibility

1. Business Development, implement Keltan sales strategies, expand and grow Keltan business in assigned territory to meet sales target, focus on direct biz development.

2. Business intelligence gathering, collect and monitor information on competitors' activities and explore new market potential.

3. Forecasst, monitor ongoing sales performance and ensure accuracy of sales forecast.

4. Compliance, ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and standard business practices.

5. Team work, coordinate, support and follow up marketing or technical projects in collaboration with team; Work closely with other departments to achieve goals and objectives.

6. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Minimal Bachelor's Degree or equivalent expericence in Rbuber/Ploymer/TPV/Automotive/Railway and/or business-related field.

2. Basic Rubber / Elastomers technology.

3. Affluent English communications in both oral and written.

4. Working knowledge of Microsoft software - Words, PowerPoint & Excel

5. Teamwork spirit, initiative, customer service oriented.

阿朗新科常州三元乙丙（EPDM）工厂是目前阿朗新科旗下最尖端、最先进的生产基地之一。 该工厂投资7.33亿美元，于2015年正式投产，以每年16万吨的设计产能，生产不同等级的优质三元乙丙橡胶，以满足中国和亚洲其他地区的客户需求。

南通
阿朗台橡（南通）化学工业有限公司是阿朗新科与台湾台橡集团各持50%股份的合资企业。双方共同投资的生产基地位于南通， 生产***橡胶（NBR）。该生产基地总投资1.1亿美元，于2012年正式投产，初始产量为年产3万公吨，继续为区域市场生产提供优质的***橡胶（NBR）。

阿朗新科的管理、销售与市场营销、技术团队设在上海，这里也设有其他企业职能，如行政、财务、人力资源、企业传播、法务等。
