职位描述：
The main missions of the role are:
1. Secure appropriate staffing of the whole Core Team from the functions, in due time
2. Build and monitor Master Schedule
3. Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps and cascade program objectives and assignments to team members
4. Use Business Plan to monitor permanently convergence to financial expectations
5. Manage the core team and ensure cooperation with the functions and the plant(s),
6. Apply Program Management System (with successful and on time achievement of work packages, mandatory deliverables and key program milestones)
7. Identify risks and opportunities. Ensure risk management and alert process.
8. Arbitrate top issues internally or externally within the program,
9. Act as official Faurecia Program representative towards the customer to support its expectations while preserving company from risk exposure (like Engineering Change, planning…)
10. Communicate and report relevant program status to secure proper management support on program issues
11. Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs’ performance

Experience :
1. Experience in Engineering or Quality or Purchasing or Manufacturing in Automotive sector (car manufacturer/Tier)
2. Demonstrate product and process engineer experience
3. Team management experience
4. Experience in budget control and profit enhancement
5. Seniority (inside or outside Faurecia)
6. Program manager: 5 years experience in the functions above.

Skills and competencies
1. Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, design of experiment, “QRCI”/problem solving skills)
2. Finance skills (master business plan calculation)
3. Master Faurecia Program Management System (internal)
4. Program management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization (external)
5. Ability to develop strong customer relationships at senior level
6. English fluent
7. Negotiation skills & customer orientation
8. Communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to coach, support and challenge his/her team
10. Ability to manage a team in a matrix organization using management by objectives
