Department : Product Engineering Report to : German

Job Description:
?Collaborate with testing teams and design centers in Asia, Europe and the United States.
?Take part in global and local test engineering projects for surface acoustic wave (SAW) and bulk acoustic wave (BAW) components for mobile communication, GPS, WiFi as a project leader or a project member. These projects are aimed for:
--Introduction of new testing technologies into mass production.
--Improvement of current testing procedures.
? Analyze current mass production testing and define possible improvement projects.
? Provide 2nd level support for production and conduct special measurements in test field, which are beyond the capabilities of manufacturing engineering.
? Conduct and document (process) FMEAs & MSAs.
? Create process documentations and working instructions for testing related processes.
? If necessary support on dataset generation and dataset generation flow especially for complex cases with high interaction with testing equipment or if new improvements with impact on dataset generation are implemented in test area .
Qualification:
?Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, High-Frequency Engineering, Communication Engineering or related disciplines.
? RF related work experience is an advantage.

Professional Requirements
?Knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) fundamentals especially RF network analysis and analog circuits is mandatory.
?Understanding of RF product specification and relevant parameters is required.
? Knowledge on RF test systems and proficiency in operation of RF instruments (Vector Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzer, Signal Generator, and Power Meter) is preferred.
? Knowledge about contacting solutions for RF mass production testing is advantageous.
? Knowledge of automated test handling systems is a plus.
? Proficiency in matching of RF components is an advantage.
? Windows and MS Office knowledge.
? Linux / Unix as well as scripting / programming experience preferable
? Knowledge of the following auto testing programs like Teststand, Labview and HTBasic is a plus.
? Good communication skills in English (written and oral).
