职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities:
This position requires the employee to perform but not limited to the following functions. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

1. Lead PD Team to search for new trend, construction, fabrics and accessories to offer inspiration to Boca Merchandising Team.

2. Create lower-cost product constructions and materials, and propose cheaper alternatives for major existing programs.

3. Supervise Fabric PD Specialist to source fabric, fiber and packaging.

4. Work closely with Shanghai PD specialists to solve technical obstacles for new developments.

5. Recommend new suppliers to PD director to strengthen supplier matrix.

6. Other duties as required.

Skills:
Excellent Oral and Written English;
Fluent Computer Operation Skills (especially in Microsoft)

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Familiar with basic bedding products and fabric sources
10 plus years’ sourcing experience in the basic bedding industry a plus. 举报 分享
