Training and capability building will offer a variety of learning opportunities, which will build LEGO sales & retail capability and ensure we have the right skills and knowledge to meet the future needs of our business and our customers. In addition, to ensure the world-class premium brand experiences by exceptional LEGO in-store service, the sales training team will focus on providing retail training solution via define training framework, design learning materials, guidance, tools, for people working in or with our LEGO business.

Sales training & capability building dept.is a part of Sales Development team which is under China Sales Team as a national function. This department works closely with local Sales Team, Global commercial academy as well as business partner who is distributor of LEGO China. This role will direct report to Sales training & capability building manager.

Key Responsibility
? Knowledge enabler- Develop an approach to define business outcomes and provide relevant learning tools & skills set to build successful training plan with our employee and customers.
? Brand ambassador- Deploy learning journey by systematic plan and course demonstration to deliver world class brand positioning.
? Capability builder- Drive focused capability building with the business to close critical capability gaps and build critical capabilities needed for the future.
? Manage regional sale training plan to improve service level & sales performance in different channel
? Curriculums design and management on novelty and selling skills
? Onboarding training management both internal and external
? Program management: Mystery shopper program
? Train the trainer program

Do you have what we need?
? A university degree on Bachelor level or similar within business administration or sales;
? Minimum 5-7 years of solid training experience;
? Shop floor training/management experience;
? Familiarize with counter daily operation;
? Service minded team player;
? Capable of working with retailers + partners;
? Good at Excel and Power Point files;
? Have to fluent in both written and spoken English.
