Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Chongqing or Chengdu.

Job description:

-Identify, develop and maintain consulting and training opportunities to complete the yearly sales target in organizational development/operational improvement consulting/training services.

-Gather, sort, organize and analyze client's requirements of organization development and operation excellence, and take initiatives to work out possible solutions with the consulting team.

-Involve early stage of business development process and complete business proposal preparation and presentation of the proposing recommendations to clients.

-Fulfill the solutions with the consulting team in the role of providing professional customer services above the industrial standards.

Job requirements:

-Proficient in understanding management theories and models of Human Resources, Organization Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Lean Six Sigma and a quick learner to new know-how

-Good affinity, strong ability in communication, coordination with clients and cross functions

-Ambitious, confident, highly motivated, persuasive, assertive and enthusiastic

-Strong ability in presentation and social interaction

-Enthusiasm at management consulting and training, passion for sales and ability of working under pressure

-At least 6 years' working experience, preferably work as a Sales Professionals in training and consulting firms or corporate OD roles

-Bachelor degree or above

-Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
