职位描述：
1、Assist to set up annual purchasing strategy and planning on supply management

2、100% understand and follow PR/PO process;

3、Operate the vendor pool management including vendors sourcing, vendors phase in, vendors information update and vendors KPI review;

4、Manage the purchasing work of single contract projects and annual contract projects.
