职位描述：
I. POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Due Diligence Agent , your primary responsibilities will be executing the Due Diligence policy and program as it relates to high risk business categories. The specialized position will work with customers in high risk business segments and review of their policies and procedures as it relates to regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate the risk for PayPal. The job will require analysis of regulatory issues, including review of customer processes and the identification of deficiencies and assistance with correcting such deficiencies. This position requires the use of independent judgment in interpreting the need for intensive and more detailed examination of facts surrounding potential violations of law. The duties require excellent interpersonal and professional business writing skills, as there is significant interaction with customers, other PayPal departments and Senior Management. This position will require customer contact via email and phone, and requires the Compliance Due Diligence Agent to be professional and courteous at all times.

II. CORE DUTIES
？1. Working assigned queues, emails and service requests, as well as other Compliance related items on a daily basis. Processing queue items in a timely manner including Kana, ATTACK, Norkom queues. (40%)
？2. Responsible for ensuring customers are in compliance with PayPal Policy as defined in PayPal’s terms of Use. (10%)
？3. Responsible for ensuring that PayPal implements the appropriate controls and monitoring to satisfy its obligations to the regulatory authorities and for ensuring that Anti Money Laundering regulations are adhered to and monitor account activity accordingly. (10%)
？4. Processing queue items in a timely manner as measured against communicated departmental targets. (20%)
？5. Maintain professional interaction with PayPal personnel and customers at all times. (10%)
？6. Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and potential workflow changes. (10%)

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
？1. Strong verbal (phone) communication skills utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer
？2. Strong written (email) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation
？3. Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required
？4. Ability to function in multiple queues covering a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through
？5. Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
？6. Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)
