Reporting to the Facility Management Manager, the person in charge will be the maximum responsible of the Maintenance regarding the Test tracks.
向构筑物管理经理汇报，负责人对测试道路维护负有最大责任。

RESPONSIBILITIES职责
New Facilities:
新的构筑物：
 Coordinate and lead the team that will lead from A to Z the construction and installation of all new facilities in the complex that involves the test tracks.
协调和领导团队负责所有涉及测试道路的综合性新构筑物从开始建设和安装到结束的全过程。
 Coordinate and lead the maintenance team for the daily and programed maintenance actions (Preventive and corrective maintenance) regarding the test tracks.
协调和领导维护团队开展与测试道路相关的日常和程序性的维护活动（预防性的和纠正性的维护）。
 To define the Maintenance budget for the year and keep all the facilities (test tracks) in a perfect shape and functioning.
制定每年的维护预算，保持所有构筑物（测试道路）处于完美的外形和功能。
 To define and implement the maintenance plan for the test tracks (preventive and corrective) along the time.
制定并执行测试道路的维护计划（预防性和纠正性的）。
 24 hours availability for solving any urgent maintenance issues.
24小时待命解决任何紧急的维护问题。
 Report to Facility Management Manager on the maintenance actions to be done in the test track.
向构筑物管理经理报告针对测试道路所开展的维护行动。
 Collect, study and execute (if required) the petitions and requirements from clients (internal and external) from civil works and utilities point of view.
收集、研究和执行（如有必要）客户（内部和外部的）关于土建工作和公共设施的请求和要求。
 Ensure the compliance with local regulations and IDIADA’s best practices regarding environmental management of the tracks.
确保测试道路的环境管理遵守当地法规和IDIADA的***实践。

REQUIREMENTS要求
Profile背景：
 Experienced to work in service companies preferably in Road or civil works linear constructions.
有在道路或土木工程线性建设服务公司工作的经验。
 It is not essential experience, but work and management experience on roads and highways will be valued.
非必需经验，但有道路和高速公路的建设和管理经验视为加分项。
 Experience in human resources management will be valued.
有人员管理经验是加分项。
 Capable of team working but also capable of taking decisions autonomously.
有团队合作能力，也有自主决策能力。
 User level knowledge of IT management tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalents; Computer-aided design tools autocad or similar.
用户层面的IT管理工具知识，如Excel, Word, PowerPoint 或对应工具；计算机辅助设计软件autoCAD或类似工具。
 Knowledge and concern the prevention of occupational hazards related to maintenance activities.
了解并关注与维护活动相关的职业危害防护知识。
 shift and overtime may be required.

Education教育背景：
 Civil or Construction engineer, experienced in the Construction design or Road Maintenance.
土木工程或建筑工程师，有建筑设计或道路养护经验。
Languages 语言：
 Very good level of English, negotiation level.
良好的英语水平，能进行谈判。
 Very good level of Chinese, negotiation level.
良好的汉语水平，能进行谈判。
 Other languages will be valued.
