Responsibility
1. Responsible for daily operation interms of sales.
2. To support the input and mainte***ce of business databases and quote database in ERP.
3. Maintain and update Customer’s database information (CRM).
4. Place internal order to purchasing department base on customer order or forecast.
5. Make forecast and consumption analysis so as to keep reasonable stock level.
6. Issue picking list to logistics team through ERP according to customer requirement.
7. Work with purchasing team on stock fill-in and logistics team on delivery.
8. If required, act as internal trainer to deliver internal training course to other colleagues
9. If required, actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects
Education & Qualifications
1. Diploma degree or above, major in business or administration preferred.
2. Min. 2 years work experience with industrial background.
3. Knowledgeable of the hardware products and standards (ISO, DIN, GB…) is an advantage.
4. Good command of English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
5. Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in English office e***ironment. Knowledge of an ERP is fundamental.
Skill & Personality
1. Logical thinking and excellent documents management.
2. Team work spirit, can work independently and under pressure.
3. Integrity, honest, ambitious and patient, can go to details
