Creating best in class online shopper experiences with LEGO® China eCommerce team
eCommerce, LEGO China is leading and driving the channel growth strategy and business objectives. The department is building a sustainable and healthy business platform. We coordinate and collaborate with multi-functional resources to ensure synergy and coherence. We serve as trusted partners, decision making through our valued eCommerce insight and expertise.
The job goal
To support the 2017-2020 development plan with solid capability foundation and coherent channel strategic focus, we are now seeking for an E-commerce marketing Manager. The E-commerce marketing Manager will be responsible for the online merchandising, and shopper communication materials development and upgrade, shopper engagement plan and execution, and TMALL, Taobao etc.
Key Responsibility
? Support the eCommerce channel to develop channel plan and achieve the sales result in the following years:
- Online merchandising, including product page, store page, promotion page etc. NGE upgrade;
- Shopper insights monthly update and GI plan;
- Focus on key ecommerce business plan, to ensure that e business opportunities are well reflected in the Go To Market Plans;
- Implement online retail channel development plan step by step and build the foundation of onboard new customer to LEGO;
- Ecommerce channel marketing, in terms of LEGO regular campaign, customer regular campaign and occasional campaign, like CNY, Christmas, Children’s day and summer campaign and well as peak eCommerce peak season campaign, like 18th June and Double 11;
? Enhance the internal cross-function process based on our operation model to continually drive our customer promise;
? Pro-actively identify new commercial opportunities with focus on eCommerce/digital related area and get learnings from these testing;
? Actively consolidate/sharing eCommerce related knowledge to wider organization to build a learning platform.
We’re looking for a team player who has:
? 8-10 Years of experiences across various channels in Retail, eTailer Account Management. 5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing or e-shopper marketing.
? Full understanding of the dynamics of eCommerce and digital marketing. Proven analytical capabilities – ability to leverage analysis in a data rich, retail environment in a way that helps the Channel realize competitive advantages and improve performance on critical scorecard metrics.
? Successfully developed and executed sales results in the previous roles. Leadership potential.
? Bachelor’s degree & above, in a business related field preferred.
? Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
? IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools.
? Some domestic travel and potentially international travels required.
