Job Description:
1.Current JV business maintainence for CA-Ford, CA-Suzuki, JMC
2.Develop new business or customers in Chongqing area to be resulting in increase sales quantity and NR in the local OEMs such as Dongfeng Sokon(东风小康), Baic Yingxiang(北汽银翔),Lifan(力帆).
3. Work closely with cross functional teams to set up and execute the business plan.
4. Be fully knowledgeable of product application and be able to deliver on-site services to customers in time. Keep learning new commercial and technical knowledge..
5. Preparing for and leading bidding process, project management kicking off
6. Negotiating with customer for T&C.
7. Preparing for and leading contract process
8. Good forecast and order management,
9. Dealing with customer requirement and managing customer perception.
10. Ensure on time payment from customers.
11. Keep sustainable NR level
12. Hold seminar and event to maintain and improve the relationship with Customers.
13. Regular report back with market and competitor analysis, suggestion on JM’s commercial/technical actions for related business area and customers.
14. Regular report to line manager, good filing,
15. Good internal communication
Requirements:
- At least bachelor degree in related field
- More than 5 yrs experience in Auto industry area or related commercial work.
- Familiar with Automobile and engine parts
- Good at office software
- Frequent visit in chongqing and 1 or 2 times travels outside Chongqing monthly
- Commercial financial knowledge
