? Senior Merchandiser
Other stakeholders include:
? Internal: Supply Chain organization including Capacity Assurance team, Industrial Engineer, Material team, Quality team, Business Controller and relevant speaking partners in the Global Purchasing Organization (GPO)
? External: Suppliers

Leadership level: Leading myself

Accountability
The Merchandiser is accountable for:
? Securing the development and quotaion process according to the set strategy together with the Product Merchandiser.
? Securing the on-time delivery by following up on all processes, samples, prices and deadlines with related teams, with quality and sustainablity in mind.

Main Responsibilities
? Support the Product Merchandiser with the development and quotation flow by analysing the suppliers’ capability, capacity and product deals.
? Perform the full sample process per the company routine including developing, ordering, follow up, approval, tosecure samples on time according to deadlines.
? Work actively on risk assessment of fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers
? Timely maintainenance of order status and documentation to secure the accuracy of methods anddates in existing tools and systems throughout the whole work flow.
? Secure bulk production on time delivery.
? Ensure smooth and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
? Operate with the H&M values in mind.


任职资格：
Education and Experience requirements
? Preferably garment orientated degree or diploma
? Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in a relevant role
? Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred

Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Relevant product knowledge
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Advanced knowledge of Excel
