职位描述：
1. 经理达成共识；作为项目技术团队负责人，全面负责项目中的设计工作，完成项目中工艺、机械设计、仿真、文档和装配调试支持等工作；
As project technical leader, overall responsible for all project design job, in charge of process planning, mechanical design, robotic simulation, documentation and support on site, etc；
2. 根据项目要求，跟部门经理和各团队主管沟通确认项目组织结构；
Communicate with DM and team leaders to define project organization chart according to request；
3. 根据项目进度，细化设计部门的时间进度，并跟项目
Detail design timing according to project timing and reach agreement with PM；
4. 审核各主管提供的工时评估并沟通确认，根据工时评估设计成本，跟PM签字确认；
Audit hours from each team leader, estimate design cost and sign with PM；
5. 负责审核项目实施过程，组织内部评审和客户评审，满足客户需求，降低出错率，保证设计质量；
Responsible to audit the process of implementation, organize internal review, meet the requirements of customer, reduce the error rate, ensure the design quality；
6. 控制项目设计工时，每月与项目经理审核工时，确保设计工时在项目预算以内；
Control the total working hours of BS-design part in project, review work hours with project manager monthly, ensure the design working hours inside budget；
7. 管理客户变更并记录，跟踪执行状态；
Manage customer ECR and make record, tracking excute status；
8. 执行内部流程以及ISO流程；
Execute internal process and ISO process；
9. 负责项目总体设计，侧重在工艺方面；
Responsible to the overall design of project, focus on process design；
10. 技术风险评估，控制项目风险；
Technology risk assessment, Control the project risk；
11. 解决设计中关键的技术问题；
To solve the key technical problems in the design；
12. 项目lesson and learn的负责人，负责搜集信息并整理发布；
Owner of project lesson and learn, responsible to collect info, manage and publish；
13. 作为设计部项目接口人，协调团队内部工作，参与部门间协作与沟通以及跟客户沟通，实现高效项目协作；
As coordinator of DED in the project ,coordinate internal team work, Participate in the cooperation and communication between Departments and communicate with customers, to achieve efficient project cooperation；
14. 参与供应商技术交流，确定部分采购件型号，下单，并跟踪变更，确保采购件的准确性；
Be able to communicate with supplier, confirm type of some commercial parts, release RFQ, tracking and make sure the accuracy of the commercial parts；
15. 根据部门需要，在项目中担任项目工艺、设计或者仿真负责人；
According to department requirement, act as process，design or simulation leader；

岗位要求Qualification:
专科，机械工程类背景
junior college, majored in mechanical engineering or automobile related major
3年以上汽车焊装线设计经验
3+ years Design experience in automotive welding production line
2年以上设计团队管理经验
2+years of design team management experience
熟悉焊装线工艺规划，对焊装线的工艺、设计、仿真和文档工作有基本的了解；
Familiar with BIW process planning; Basic understand of Process, equipment design,
Robotic simulation, documentation
具有较强的设计能力；
Have strong ability of fixture design
具有较强的项目管理和团队管理能力；
Have strong ability of Project management and team management
了解设计标准和项目流程；
Understand design standard and project process
熟悉CATIA，CAD等设计软件；
