2. 至少8年以上工业设备电气方面的工作经验。

3. 熟悉大中型机械设备的电气设计图纸，电气总装，调试，质量，安全评估等。

4. 熟悉电气自动化，PLC, 变频器等各种电气元件工作原理。

5. 可以用英语交流并书写英语邮件，报告等。

6. 熟练使用各种办公软件。

7. 善于与不同层次的人员沟通和交流。

8. 能适应长期出差。

9. 有外企工作背景者优先。

10. 持有相关行业证书者优先。
