职位描述：
1．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

（1） 制定、管理设施维护预算。Develop the facility related budget and make cost control.
（2） 针对工厂设施设备制定巡检计划、定期维护保养计划并监督实施和记录。Design and implement the TPM for facility systems.
（3） 针对工厂设施设备制定应急计划，当设施设备出现突发紧急情况，迅速反应，找到解决办法，并协调各方资源以最快速度解决问题。 Develop emergency response plan for key facility systems, and take appropriate actions for any facility related emergent situation to make timely recovery of the plant operation.
（4） 优化资源使用，逐步做出能源节约项目，降低能源成本。如对工厂水电气、空调、通风系统进行改造，利用最少的能源来创造最大的效益。Optimize the resources consumption with well energy saving projects to achieve cost down of facility operation. (Eg. Upgrade or improve the water/power supply system and HVAC system)
（5） 对设施设备的操作人员进行培训，确保厂务设备的正确安全使用。 Train and lead facility technician team to ensure well operation of all facility system.
（6） 执行上级主管指派的其他任务与要求。 Assist HSE&Facility manager to work on other facility related projects.
（7） 承包商作业安全管理，保障安全生产标准化中的规章制度的有效执行，执行环境健康安全方针，达成部门EHS关键指标。Make well contractor safety management to ensure well follow up with related procedures and achieve the EHS targets.

2. EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
- Familiar with ISO14001&OHSAS18001 management system and all EHS related
regulations for manufacturing site.
- Experience in HSE audit.
- Basic English skill in writing, reading & speaking.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Good analysis, judgment, problem solving ability.

3. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: University degree, major in safety/environmental engineering, or other engineering related.
Experience: At least 2 years experience in manufacturing as HSE role, working in MNC preferred.
