职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for Failure analysis (electrical & physical) on R&D, NPI, Mass production and customer returns.
-Co-work with other teams for the failure issues to find the failure mechanism and root cause driving.
-Writer failure analysis report to customer and internal related teams
-Co-work with the 3rd party lab to support internal needs.
-FA lab daily work management, and tools maintenance, and BKM development.
 
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree 3 years working experience, or Master's Degree fresh graduate, major in Electrical/Physical/Chemical/Material Engineering or related courses is required;
-Have knowledge of Electric Components, and have knowledge about semiconductor device, flex/rigid PCBA, SMT, GaAs/InGaAs products etc. And good knowledge in common failure mode/failure mechanism on the semiconductor device described as above.
-Familiar with operatical optical microscope, X-Ray, SAM, SEM, FIB, FTIR & DSC etc, have experience as X-section, dye n pry etc, have knowledge on the IV curve tracer, TDR, OBIRCH etc.
-Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
-Good command of both written and spoken English 举报 分享
