?岗位职责：
1、起草相关相关通知、公文等事宜；
2、负责部门内部费用支出的流水帐记录与分析；
3、公司OA系统管理与维护、考勤统计数据整理汇总，每月3号前提交薪资专员；
4、负责公司员工入、离职的指纹录入；
5、负责公司员工的加班与餐费统计；
6、完成上级领导安排的相关工作。
任职要求：
1、熟练使用office办公软件，特别是excel相关表格处理经验；
2、曾在大公司任职，熟悉OA系统操作与简单维护；
3、良好的沟通能力与执行能力；
4、具备相关数据处理与分析能力；
5、熟悉办公室行政工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力。
