职位描述：
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Execute the company’s strategy and to take the responsibility for the overall operations including foundry project process engineering, planning, purchases,QA,manufacturing etc.
·Management and exertion of efforts for protection the assets and resources of the Company;
·Exert effort with his direct subordinates to meet operating plans, reporting requirement and budgets.
·Exert effort to producing profitability and competitiveness of company.
·Work on review, analysis, development and implementation of programs for modernization and develop of efficiency and products of the Company, as well as logistics development program of the Company and other related services as Company may request him to provide.
·Supervising and developing the staff, to coordinate together Human Resources Area the recruitment, transference and employees substitution in his responsible areas according the company standards.
·To manage the monitoring process of incurred results and promote the necessary actions to reach the goal, to manage, plan, organize and supervise the activities according the specifications and established quality standards , and to implement continuous improvements programs with acquisition of new equipment, automation, development of new products, lay-out improvements, process, etc.
·To create work teams to search for improvements and costs reduction defining goals and following results.
To analyze daily the economic aspects of productive process in relation of labor and consumption of materials quantities creating reduction costs alternatives.
·To interact intensely with group companies to share information, partnership, “benchmark”, standardizations, global contracts, etc. To attend the colleagues in the same level as requested by phone, emails, or personally to attend necessities of internal and external Clients.
·To manage the elaboration of Standard Costs List according required periodicity of internal castings and to follow the daily/monthly industrial costs evolution, implementing actions to reach the goals. To manage, plan, organize and supervise the activities according the specifications and established quality standards.
·Responsible and involved in a good work environment, caring for participation and contribution of all collaborators with the purpose to get the results proposed. To evaluate daily the collaborators performance according company plan.
·To support the Purchase area in negotiations with mainly suppliers of raw materials, inputs and services materials (Heat Treatment/ Machining/ Finishing) of his business line getting the best commercial and technical condition.
·To define for collaborators training and courses, seminars and lectures as well as participate of these events when necessary
·To interact with others persons into the company like: Commercial, Financial, IT, Human Resources for solution problems and give adequate sequence for operations.
·To respond for investment plan of business line under his responsibility.
·To determine directives for factory maintenance and cleaning regarding organization, conservation etc, to aim for keeping the best employees and equipment performance into absolute safety ambient.
·To supervise the expansion plan elaboration of industrial installation to aim keeping the attendance of futures necessities of company in terms of “unceasing” and capacity.
·To participate actively in audits identifying the alterations necessities, improvements that permit the keeping/or get the certifications
·To attend the planning directives of corporative area to standardize the activities of Planning, Logistic, Analysis and Management Control looking for to reach the best competitiveness always considering the best cost, quality, performance, availability, reliability assuring mainly the Operational Excellence

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
·BA degree on engineering metallurgical /mechanical
·Min. 10 years working experience in the coordination of activities in manufacturing and processes.
·Extensive experience on overall operations management.
