Mission:
● Our organization is seeking a highly qualified Sales manager to join our sales force, based in Guangzhou. The primary responsibility of this role is managing South China existing accounts and trying to develop new accounts/new application.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver Commercial targets in terms of volume, sales, market share and contribution margin.
● Feed and deliver the innovation pipe line (Cynergy & Cyxtra).
● Manage Cash target (Payment term, overdue).
● Customer Satisfaction / customer complaint management.
● Managing forecast.
Profile
A successful candidate will:
? Possess a Bachelor’s degree
? Major in chemistry
? 4~8 year experience in Chemical industries as a commercial (sales, marketing) and/or 3~5 year experience in Chemical industries as a technical role.
? Chinese as mother tongue and Fluent in both written/spoken English.
? Be strong in Collaboration, understanding others and customer oriented.
? Be willing and able to travel in excess of 50%
A successful candidate may:
? Possess a Master’s degree
? Major in polymer science, chemical engineering or organic chemistry.
