HASSELL上海事务所目前正在寻求一位有才华的资深建筑深化设计师，协助设计及深化设计团队绘制精确的建筑设计深化图纸、设计说明及相关文件。
Our Shanghai studio is currently looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to assist the design and documentation teams produce accurate architectural, design and documentation drawings, specifications and related documents.

该职位需求包括建筑设计与外包单位的协调工作，提供建筑设计的技术解决方案，同时协助深化设计团队。申请人的资质会首先通过过往的经验来进行判断，但必须高度精通相关软件以确保设计沟通及制图的顺利。
The position will include the coordination of architectural and sub-consultants works, technical resolution of architectural issues and assistance to the documentation teams. Ability will be assessed subject to experience but all candidates must be technically proficient and preferably highly skilled in relevant software to support design communication and documentation.

_具有建筑设计与外包单位的协调能力，提供建筑设计的技术解决方案，协助深化设计团队

_具备与各团队各层级的有效沟通能力
_具有团队合作精神，同时具备独立工作的能力
_具备解决问题及客观的决策能力
_严格执行各项细节
_主动寻求解决方案，及主动的工作方式
_精通BIM (Revit) 软件、工具及工作流程将更为理想

To be successful in this role you will meet the following requirements:
_Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role
_In-depth understanding of local codes and regulations, and building construction technology and practices
_Ability to coordinate architectural and sub-consultants works, technical resolution of architectural issues and assist the documentation team
_Strong ability to plan, arrange and manage work flow and deliver accurate documentation
_Effectively communicate with team members across all levels of the business
_Be a team player with the ability to work independently
_Problem solving and objective decision making
_Rigorous approach to detail
_Demonstrated initiative with a solutions focus and approach to work
_Technical expertise with BIM software (Revit), tools and processes is desirable
