Job Responsibilities:



· To establish parameter curve for various output equipment according as printer's characteristic.

· To continuous improve Colour Management, and lead team to fulfil Department goals

· To inspect and push 5S activity, and maintain equipment in good condition

· Orientate and train new or existing staff

· Trouble-shoot on technical and specification problems, promptly

· Establish processes for continuously improving work activities and systems.

· Check print feasibility of new designs or jobs and advice on modifications to suit Flexo Printing Process Provide technical guidance at critical turning points



Academic & Professional:

· Diploma in Graphic Design

· Strong production background in the printing and packaging industry preferable

· 5 years supervisory experience in a production environment.

· Clear understanding of the electronics and digital imaging.

· Strongly color management skill background on printing and packaging industry preferable

· Be expert in color management software and method. For example, TVI,ICC profile, GMG, EFI, Device link,etc.

Functional & Technical:

· Able to persuade and influence.

· Good leadership capabilities in managing and inspiring a team.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
