职位描述：
Marjane Holding is a retailing company, subsidiary of SNI group (previously ONA group). The company was founded in 1990 after the opening of the first hypermarket in Rabat. With over 30 million customers annually, Marjane became the first hypermarket chain to succeed in the kingdom, establishing itself as the leader in Morocco.

Marjane Shanghai, the representative office in Asia,is looking for ORDER FOLLOW UP.The person will be in charge of order follow up, LC opening follow up, arranging the QC schedule, contact with forwarder, follow up the delivery on time rate, train the supplier about company procedure, organize the container grouping be the main contact with head office import department:

Qualifications:
1) Good organization skill & Strong problem solving skills
2) Familiar with LC issues & export procedures (purchase orders follow-up, inspection application, quality control, forwarder booking confirmation, etc..)
3) Focus on details and quick learner
4) Willing to work overtime occasionally
5) Native Chinese only, fluently speaking and writing in English and Mandarin. French or Arabic is a plus.

Key tasks and responsibilities:.
1) Record purchase order and update PO FOLLOW UP file daily.
2) Check the LC opening files and open the LC in banking system.
3) Make inspection application with 3rd party inspector and coordinate if there is any problem.
4) Confirm the space booking with nominated forwarder & coordinate with forwarder to ensure space availability.
5) Check the shipping documents from supplier and update DDS system.
6) Coordinate with head office for any issues regarding PO, shipping documents as well as LC payment and discrepancy.
7) Any other task which is assigned by shipping supervisor.
