职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for determining ways to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the Accounts and Customer Service Representatives
? Establish a system of filing for international/domestic. Such as Documents Contract and Quotation, ect.
? Supervise, lead, train and motivate staff.
? Establish and maintain a formal (account management style) relationship with the customers of SCHAWK in order to ensure that the services provided by SCHAWK meet client's expectation.
? Monitor, supervise account & CSR team and report products/solutions/ service delivery performance
? Establishes a good cooperation relationship with other departments
? Monitors customer sourcing strategies and business allocation and revises internal management solutions.
? Provide proactive responses to the business operations requirements.
? Observe and upkeep the Company's quality policy, procedures, instructions
? Timely preparation of documents, i.e.; quotations, correspondence letter that adhere to the relevant policy and collating documents of complain form customers.
Job Requirements:
? Degree in University or above.
? At least 7 years experience under Pre-press, Printing, and Experience in managing a team.
? Communication and negotiation skills, Account and marketing skills and Customer Service Survey methodology
? High level of interpersonal/ translation/ facilitation skills
? Development communication skills with various groups
? Good oral and written both in English and Mandarin
? Excellent leadership capabilities in managing and inspiring a team.
? Strong achievement drive and initiative.
? Proactive, takes charge, seizes opportunities to transform concepts and ideas into actions
? Customer focus
? Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
? Flexibility and problem solving skills
? Analytical and results driven
? Effective time management - able to meet set deadlines
