职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.来样测试及放行，报告存档及分析；
2.整理之前在所有代工厂代工产品进行调和记录单和COA梳理，查漏补缺；
3.更新当前在所有代工厂代工产品进行调和记录单和COA，及时发现及改正问题；
4.配合部门经理对第三方文件进行管理，出具并整理给到第三方的技术文件；
5.对待工厂加工产品进行内部检验控制；
6.对各类原材料、试剂及成品留样进行归类整理，定点存放；
7.完善实验室内部各分属仪器及新进仪器的SOP及维护保养，各仪器的外部校验及内部校验；
8.对外联系进行试剂，配件采购及第三方检测做好登记工作；
9.配合制定实验室管理文件；
10.实验室试验台，实验室环境的日常维护，各项实验室费用归属整理；
11.配合建立新的实验测试项目；

任职要求：
1. 了解ISO/TS质量管理体系，熟悉质量检测、实验室从业等方面的专业知识和业务流程；
2. 了解质量控制管理方面的法律法规；
3. 掌握抽样检验等检验方法和操作技能；掌握数据分析及相关统计分析技术；
4. 为人诚实正直，工作态度良好；有较好的抗压能力。
5. 分析/解决问题能力：对工作和问题的分析，能站在公司和技术部门的宏观高度，考虑分析所有要素和变通方案，衡量利弊得失和各种结果，做出对公司和部门最有利的判断和行动；
6. 品质导向/细心处事能力：细心、周详和全面留意工作的各个层面、范围与细节，以完成任务；准确审查所有工序及任务；能在一段时间内保持高度的注意力；
7. 策划与组织能力和工作管理能力：为他人及自己订立一连串的计划行动，以达成目标；有效计划分配人力和其他资源；
8. 分析/化工化学相关专业,溶液配置/标定经验/常用实验设备校正

该职位未来1年后会去溧阳工作，目前会先在上海进行为期1年的培训。
