职位描述：
岗位职责
1、根据招聘计划，独立开展招聘工作，与各部门保持密切沟通，在规定时间内完成招聘任务；
2、根据公司整体招聘规划，制定各个招聘渠道的方案计划并组织实施、后期跟踪；
3、开拓、建设和维护校企关系，推动校园招聘的各项工作实施；
4、负责招聘团队的建设和人员培养；
5、建立人才储备机制，储备公司发展需要人才；
6、安排入职前相关事宜并通知相关部门入职准备；
7、负责其他招聘日常管理工作，协助完成其它人事方面相关事务等；
8、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格
1、计算机、自动化相关专业统招本科以上学历，具备3年以上招聘工作经验，金融科技、软件、互联网相关招聘经验优先；
2、熟悉校园招聘流程及渠道，具备校园招聘渠道的分析开拓、建设维护等能力；
3、熟悉各种招聘渠道、招聘流程及面试方法，有批量招聘经验招聘经验者优先；
4、性格开朗，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，以结果导向，抗压能力强；
5、数据建模与分析能力。 举报 分享
