Main Responsibility of Position:

1. Maintain and repair of machines, tools and equipment for the continuity manufacturing operation in order to ensure facilities and infrastructure at peak performance levels in order to support production.为了保证持续性生产并保障设备和设施处于最佳运行状态，维护维修公司的机器、工具和设备;

2. Suggest purchase plan of spare parts and repairing materials. 建议备件和材料的采购计划。

3. Participate in the implementation of planning maintenance programs and designing the preventive maintenance system.参与制定计划性维修程序和草拟预防性维修系统。

4. Organize validation of equipment and participating in the drafting of validation documents.组织设备的验证，参与起草验证文件。

5. Establish, develop, update and optimize the documents(drawing) system of equipment and facilities to provide the standard guidance to maintenance, operation and replacement.
建立、发展、更新使设备文件系统最优化，提供相关标准给维护、操作和其他相关人员
6. Handle projects, such as new installation of facilities or buildings to achieve successful goal within budget and in accordance with project schedule.
控制项目，如新设备安装或在预算内成功达到与工程计划目标一致

7. Provides technical direction and training to technicians to increase their performance
提供技术方向并培训技术人员提高他们的绩效


Requirement:

1. Education/Experience: Bachlor degree or above,majored in Mechanical Engineering or related subject, at least 3 years working experience in the same or related functions;
教育/经验：本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业，3年及以上相关行业经验;

2. Fluently speaking and writing in English
流利的英语说和写。

3. Good skills in problem solving , skillful in manual work ,good team working spirit and continually technically up-dated.
