Major tasks and responsibilities of position

1. Set up, review，monitor the security procedures and training the relational people for procedures. 建立，回顾和监督实施公司保安相关的流程同时并培训相关人员。

2. Responsible for team daily management and training.负责保安团队的日常管理和训练。

3. Responsible for cooperation and communication with local public security and fire fighting devision.. 负责与当地派出所及消防大队的沟通和协调

4. Resonsible the security and fire fighting facility daily management. Inform the relational function to maintenance the device when there have some troubles.负责公司安全和消防设施的日常管理，及时发现问题并协调相关部门进行维护和维修。

5. Responsible for the company firefighting team regularly training. 负责公司义务消防队的定期培训。

6. Coordinate the security emergency case actions. 配合和协调公司安全方面应急事件的处理
Qualifications

Education/Experience: High school or college， two years or above experience in security management
教育/经验： 高中或大专以上学历, 两年以上制造业、大型工厂保安管理工作经验

Good skill in communication ，problem solving， interpersonal skill,helpful and supportive. 良好的沟通能力、解决问题的能力、人际协调能力、乐于助人和配合支持
