职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep closely contact with 400 hotline and solve upgrade problem and customer claims to increase the customer satisfaction
- Make the hotline monthly report according to basic data from call center
- Check the warranty fee applications from service shops and finish the payment
- Parts sales and monitor parts inventory

REQUIREMENTS
Education
- College degree above

Abilities, knowledge and skills
- Fluency in English is preferable
- Good computer and Microsoft software skill
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
