1.The Title: Sales Administrator, DNP
Reporting line: Order Desk Supervisor
she/he will be responsible for both sales admin job (60%) and customer master data maintenance job (40%).
2.Purpose of the position
1. Assist sales force to build up complete concept of CRM (customer relationship
management), including management of customer information, order fulfilment,
complaints handling and payment settlement etc.
2. Provide back-office supports to sales and marketing team, ensure transparent and efficient
communication channels with customers, and successful and cost effective order
fulfilment process.
The Challenge
1. Provide supports to order processing and fulfilment through complete and efficient
distribution network:
? Manage sales order in-take for DNP business all over China
? Support sales and marketing team to complete PTO (Price to Order) process.
? Maintain surveillance of call-offs against contracts, delivery lead-times, pricing, MOV,
item proposals and informs account management and customers accordingly.
? Check and monitor credit limits in close collaboration with the account management and
Finance.
Surveillance of return orders within the customer complaint process, replacement of
goods, and all documentation/certificates related to the orders, i.e. orders
confirmation, invoices, credit notes.
? Handle customer complaints on responsible product lines, maintain CCR (Customer
Complaint Report) system according to global requirements; and review CCR results on
regular basis with responsible sales team.
? Remain goods relationships with customers on behalf of sales and marketing team if
required.
? Provider administrative services to regional sales team and sales management personnel.
2. Perform quality control and SHE requirements in chain of demand supply to satisfy
corporate environment of DSM :
? Focus and understand what real customer needs is.
? Achieve high quality service level according to ISO & GMP standards.
3. Work with internal customers and cross functions to smooth the whole supply chain
operations.
The Ideal
1. At least 1 or more years of experience with multi-national enterprises in demand
management, supply chain management or logistics management
2. Colleague or university graduate, or equivalent experience in DSCM/logistics related field
3. Knowledge of SAP PTO/OTC preferred
4. Good English both oral and written
5. knowledge of import & export
