职位描述：
Responsibility岗位职责：
1.Establishing and advancing plan of research project.
   负责制定调研整体方案和具体工作推进计划；
2.Making industry brief report, quarterly report, industrial appraisal, research report.
   负责产业简报、聚报、行业盘点、研究报告等；
3.Editing viewpoints from Expert and making exclusive interviewing.
   负责顾问观点的采编和独家专访工作；
4.Responsible for customize research consultation service.
   负责客户定制化调研咨询服务；
5.Making detailed plan for team and advancing work accordingly.
   有步骤有计划的带领团队按计划进行工作推进；


Qualification岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above. Master degree and major in Finance, Business or Economy is preferred.
   本科及以上学历，金融、工商管理、经济学等专业研究生优先；
2.More than 1 year experience in industry analyzing and researching, and experience in report making is preferred.
   拥有1-2年产业调研经验，如拥有研究报告制作经验的优先；
3.Excellent sense of logical thinking and be good at problem analysis and solving.
   逻辑思维缜密，善于分析和解决问题；
4.Excellent occupational quality, team work spirit, strong communication, strong responsibility, and hardship.
   具有优秀的职业素养、团队协作意识，较强的沟通能力，有责任心，能够吃苦耐劳；
5.Excellent communication in both oral and written English and Chinese.
   具有良好的沟通能力和优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
6.Be able to operate program well such as designing, planning, organizing, process controlling, and database analyzing. Be able to complete entire project researching independently.
   能够对调研项目进行整体设计策划、组织、具体流程把控、以及最后数据整理分析等，独立完成整个项目调研工作。 举报 分享
