主要职责/ Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Millad/ Hyperform P/L TSR & Lab Projects 塑料添加剂产品实验室加工及测试项目
a. Perform TSR assigned by Lab Team Leader and approved by Technical Manager
      完成实验室主管布置的加工及测试任务
b. Carry out lab works, document data and test results according to pre-approved methods and procedures; update TSR database and follow-up until TSR is closed and completed
      根据实验室标准测试方法和流程完成实验工作，记录数据并将数据输入项目数据库
c. Able to work extended hours in case of urgent TSR from customers
      遇到紧急项目时能够加班
d. Follow-up and keep Technical Manager and other Lab Associates updated on urgent and non-routine cases
      能够与技术经理和实验室其他同事一起完成紧急或是非常规测试项目
e. Responsible for the housekeeping and maintenance of apparatus, instruments and equipment designated by Lab Team Leader
      负责实验室主管分配的仪器和设备的维护保养
f. Re-stock chemicals and consumables for assigned equipment
      储存保管相关的化学品和易耗品

2. Product Line Support 产品线支持
a. Product sample handling / preparation – such as sending samples to customers
客户样品准备及发送
b. Assist in preparation of exhibitions / seminars – such as preparing samples for tradeshow 为展会和客户研讨会准备样品和资料

3. HSE
a. Participate in the safety audit of the Lab
参与实验室安全检查
b. Maintain a consistent and high personal safety and hygiene standard
重视个人安全
c. Actively practice responsible care principles
积极参与实践实验室安全守则

4. Performance Expectation & Criteria:
a. Perform, follow-up & complete TSR promptly
能够及时完成项目，跟进后续工作
b. Accuracy of test results and data entry

c. Ability to understand and perform experiments, testing and lab work according to TSR instructions and test methods
能够根据TSR的内容和测试方法理解并完成相关的实验、测试等实验室工作
d. Initiative and sense of responsibility

e. Contribution to safety, housekeeping and OFI
积极参与实验室安全，保持环境清洁
f. Tidiness, punctuality and presentable at all times

职务要求/ Requirements

1. 大学本科或大学专科学历，高分子材料，化学，化工等相关工科专业
   Bachelor degree or College degree in Polymer Science and Engineering or Chemistry or Material Science, or other science if no others available.
2. 2年以上塑料实验室相关工作经验，熟悉塑料加工设备（如挤出机、注塑机等）和塑料性能测试仪器（如塑料物性测试设备和化学分析仪器等）。熟悉注塑工艺更优。
2 years related experience in plastic lab and familiar with plastic processing machines (extruder, injection molding machine, etc) and plastic testing equipment (physical testing machines, analytical instruments, etc). Be familiar with injection molding process is a plus.
3. 能独立工作但具有团队精神
Able to work independently while being a team player
4. 良好的处理工作压力的能力
Able to work under pressure and tight time frame
5. 优良的英语读写能力，有一定英语口语能力
Good reading and writing English skill, good speaking English is a plus
6. 熟练使用电脑及各种office软件
Good PC skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office
7. 良好的书面及口头沟通能力
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. 具有主观能动性，工作上的灵活性和创新性
