Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? To achieve a leading position (#1) for our brands in the China East Region key cities as defined & indicated by NPS, Net Sales & Market Share.
Purpose:
? The Activation Manager is responsible for supporting the planning & executing the local campaigns, product/store launches, grassroots executions and assets and community activations.
? The Activation Manager will execute an annual calendar of activities incorporating brand and focus category priorities that are aligned with all elements of the key city strategy & consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
? Support the development of the Brand activation plan for the East regional key cities including Shanghai by leveraging a deep knowledge of key trade zones & consumer landscape in the city. Further use this knowledge to identify and leverage activation & community building opportunities for the brand
? Understand the target consumers profile, top city events and city scene (e.g., night and underground music scene)
? Collaborate cross functionally to help steer stake holder alignment on key cities activations.
Execution & Management
? Flawless execution of the agreed regional key cities brand activations.
? Marketing Agencies-Coordinate with marketing agencies for planning, execution & budgeting.
? Support writing briefs for activations and ensure that all relevant target KPI’s are addressed.
? Marketing Working Budget- Ensure that your individual activations hit there pre agreed budgets & control any financial misappropriations.
? Ensure information requirement for Finance team is provided in time & is accurate.
? Support Management of relationships with local media, ambassadors, Key Opinion leaders & influencers.
? Support management of the regional community building initiatives & programs.
? Execute any other relevant projects assigned by your line manager.
Evaluation & Reporting
? Support evaluation of your activations from a KPI and ROI perspective and share with relevant teams.
? Walk the key city regularly & track & evaluate the competitor landscape from brand activation perspective.
? Provide a regular input for competitor reporting & other reports as needed by your line manager.
KPIs:
? Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.)
? Execution excellence in brand concepts/stories
? Market share in key cities
? Share of voice in key cities

? HQ Brand Activation team;
? HQ Finance & Purchase team
? Sports marketing team
? Regional team including Own Retail, Franchise Operation and Channel
? Category teams
? Sale & Franchise Operation team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
? Fluent in English/Mandarin
? Strategic minded with strong executional abilities
? Excellent presentation skills

? Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
? Consumer focused
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
? University degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience, ideally within the Marketing domain. (Additional sales/retail experience is an added advantage).
? Minimum 7 years of marketing management experience, with a distinct track record of success and high level of knowledge in consumer activation area;
? Passion for sports & sports culture
