职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
主要工作职责
？ Lead product optical designs (including LED selection, optical performance simulation, related sample tests and pilot production, etc.) to support technical project leader launch product on time according to Lumileds internal processes;
? Cooperate with other R&D competency owners, such as mechanical, electronics, thermal, to initiate, improve and finalize product designs;
? Support quality project leader on validation of product optical performance.
？ Work with global Standard & Regulation team on homologation topics, including related tests, report and legislation/standard discussions.
？ Set up optical design rules for LED Retrofit and WSL products
Job Requirements & Skills
岗位要求
? Education学历: bachelar or above, optical design background is preferred
? Experience工作经验: above 5 years’ working experience in optical design, lighting or automotive industry experience will be preferred
? Competency and Skills 能力和技能
？ Rich knowledge and experience on optical design (lighting or automotive related is preferred)
？ Rich LED chip/package knowledge
？ Can work independently as well as team player.
？ Interested in technology, creative, and willing to learn.
？ Structured and reliable. Knows and shows the facts.
？ Good problem solving skills, such as using DMAIC/FMEA principles is preferred
？ Fluent English communication.
？ Aims at continuous improvement of ways of working.
